The first rule in juggling…

Never lunge for the ball.

If you make a bad throw, just let it drop. Then start over.

Learning to juggle taught me how to handle life: sometimes you make a bad throw.

Sometimes you take on one too many projects. Or Murphy’s Law derails your plans.

Don’t lunge to save things. Let them drop.

Reset, and begin anew.

One thing I learned during my time in physical therapy was to be okay with things not being perfect every time. Sometimes you can’t hold your balance, sometimes your form will slip, and that’s completely fine. You reset, find your equilibrium, and try again.

On an entirely different note I have always wanted to learn to juggle…this just might be the inspiration I needed to start!

    Great work as always sir!
